Every genre from classic rock to classical to jazz to female vocals to C & W, to movie soundtracks.

There's probably more than a thousand here. Deal is, you drop by and write a check for $150 to MY favorite charity and you drive off with the cassettes and a IRS write-off for the full purchase price. No shipping.

I might even throw in a cassette deck for another ten spot.

    George,

If no one local picks them up and you'd consider shipping these, please let me know.

Your top shelf G, glad to see you repeatedly make donations like this.

I'd consider shipping them if over a thousand cassettes didn't weigh a ton. Appreciate the thought but it's a logistical nightmare Star. Not going to happen.

How about 250 your choice, and I'll send you $100. Get a few more Polkies to do the same and your charity may get three times as much. Anybody with me????

You might be onto something, but the shipping is still going to jack things up. I appreciate your desire to step up, let's see what happens if this post festers for awhile.

I'm willing to throw in some dough for shipping. 250 casettes should fit into an amp size box. Cost may $25 to ship. That still around $125 for $250 CD, or $0.50 each. Or, I'm willing to meet you on the PA pike, halfway, say Carlisle. Let's see how this unfolds.

    Carl

I also have a friend in Philly who may want to pick them up. How far do you live from Philly, or the Salem Nuclear Plant?

Roger. I should've made this offer sooner. I was in Brooklyn for a wedding on the 29th of April. I'll PM you with my e-mail address, and thank you very much.

Thanks for all the offers and advice. These cassettes are now the property of ESavinon, they just happen to be in my home awaiting his arrival at a later date.
