    Totally agree HBomb.
It would nice to know when this is being released. I did e-mail Polk and all they said was in the summer sometime. My wife you like some music in the kitchen area and I have the perfect place for the I-Sonic.

Knock, Knock - Hello Polk are you home?

If you're signed up to the I-Sonic Entertainment System news, you'd have a little more information today ;)

We have launched a content-rich micro web site just for the I-Sonic so check it out and let us know what you think.

The I-Sonic will be arriving this August.

I wonder how the HD Radio would sound going out the headphone jack and into an AVR input.

I see it has "RCA output", will it output HD Radio through this?

Yes it will. You can output any source through the RCA outputs or the headphone outputs.

What is the price point? I couldn't find it on the site. My old man is looking for a new radio for his office and I told him about this a while ago.

Yesterday I dumped the pdf of the owners manual and scanned through it. Some detail I could not find is with regard to the RCA out jacks.

Are these variable line or just line out?

Demiurge what the heck are you asking?

Variable line. One of the thoughts was customers might want to hook up an external sub or something of that nature, and you'd need the volume to change along with the I-Sonic.

    Alright, here's a better answer...
The only thing that should be put in front of an I-Sonic is another I-Sonic. Then they will join powers and become the Super I-Sonic.

    That sounded very Chuck Norris-esque.

    The Super I-Sonic, eh? Interesting.

I'll refrain from berating you for not consulting me or paying me for using my name for your advertising. However, a round house kick from a mysteriously dark corner may be coming your way soon.
