there is a guy here local who has one of these amps for sale do any of you guys have on of these amps? if you do give me your opinion of it, good,bad if any all the good stuff.

    Very old Carver amp, but if you're into specs it was the cleanest one he ever made. 251wpc @ 8 ohms. THD is <.15% Most of his other power amps state <.5% which is undetectable anyway. That amp can be from as far back as '82-'83. Nice power meters.
