    As requested. Yummy Sunday dinner.
Only the beer was changed to protect the innocent. Actually Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is so hoppy it has a deeper taste than many of the cheaper IPA's. It could pass for an IPA in blind taste tests. :)

Filet mignon with good cabernet sauce, maybe some pork ribs on the side. Lots of beer and cabernet to wash them down with.

    Bill, and Steve,

Yeah, I just upgraded the week. I found one used here in Tucson with that table for $700. New one's at BBQ's galore are $870 without the table. An equivalent table would run about $300-400 so I came in at just over half price. I'm pleased to say the least. In fact just had some Heb's for supper tonight.

Company is always welcome, more so if they bring beer. :)

John, don't give up on that pasta. Saute some italian sausage and fresh shrimp in some quality olive oil with fresh peppers and onions.
Top with sauce and some shaky cheese and you gots a fine meal.

...stop at grocery store tomorrow and stock up on steak!
From a GROCERY STORE?!?!? Your a damn heathen!!

I buy 1/2 a calf (4H!!) and 1/2 a pig at a time from one of my customers. Yes it costs a bunch up front, but over 6 months I end up saving a huge chunk of change. I'll never go back to grocery store meat ever again. The difference in quality and taste is phenomenal.
