Still no reply

I posted a reply about 2 weeks ago under Surround coming apart and i havent heard from you yet and i was wondering if you had an answer to my question. i was wanting to know what went wrong with my subs the last time i sent them in. I sent a letter in the box each time i sent them back explaining everthing that was wrong and i havent heard from you yet. It would be nice to know what happened to them. The first 2 pair had the same problems and i am now on my third pair of the Dx's and they are fine now but what if the same thing happens again? I hope that i have no problems with these and i hope you can tell me what went wrong with the other subs.

They are the Dx 12's and i just got the new pair back 2 weeks ago. The new pair is fine so far but I hope that these dont end up like the other 2 pair that i had to send in. It would really help me out to know why the other 2 pair had the same problems. So any information would really be helpfull.
