    OK. LOL

Well the reserve is reasonable considering the acreage. Less than a home on the water in Seattle.

That'd be pretty sweet. Bet you could rock out as loud as you wanted to! "Don't disturb the existing neighbors." LOL! How could you do that?!

I'd probably have enough room to store all the cars I want, too.

Just one. The hard part is designing the driver with a large enough diameter for one of the missile tubes. Prob need a couple thousand watts too drive it.
Could probably tune it below 1Hz. It wouldn't be fast, but it would sure go low!

That would be so tight to live in. all those tunnels and stuff. Id just get a bunch of firneds and some segways and mess around all day.

And if i was ever filthy rich I would pay some people to build a sub like 100 feet in width. man that would be just totally insane. have it be up-firing and make a whole in the atmosphere playin some lil' jon. rofl

I think it's more of an advertisement actually. He said in his answers to everyone's questions, that Ebay can't honor Property sales, since they aren't licensed that way... so actually, if anyone is serious, they will have to contact the seller and do the contract elsewhere. I think the Ebay was just to stir up publicity, which is obviously did, what over 117,000 views?

    nice work.

If it was in Kansas, I'd actually consider it, because I do a lot of rehab, and this thing could KICKA@@ with it being modernized. Talk about a resort away from the world?! Oh the possibilities. :D:D

I think it's pretty awesome how the underground buildings aren't taxed. Reminds me of how in colonial times houses didn't have closets, because houses were taxed by the number of rooms in them.

In Charleston (and other places) taxes were assesed by street frontage. As such, many old homes in Charleston are sideways, one room wide.

Well hell. The price has gone way beyond my reach. So much for the missile chamber tube sub.
Still the lead bider is the guy with the -1 feedback. Do you get the feeling he may not follow through with the purchase?

Could you imagine a silo for a bass tube?

"My system sports three 24 foot subwoofers with 2400 sq. ft. boxes"

That might actually bother the neighbors, you know the ones on the space station.

Q: Could you give me an indication of cost for shipping to Nemage Australia please? May-03-06

A: While I don't have a actual quote - my guess is that it would be much cheaper to just build one there!!!

LOL!!! At least you wouldn't have to double box it, with the 14 foot concrete walls and all.
