Question for Polk installers...Sound Dampening

What do ya'll recommend for sound dampening. Spray or mat? Brand?

Any tips you can offer us?

    I prefer mat, and Dynamat Extreme specifically. The Extreme sticks better than anything else I've used. I haven't used a spray in a few years, but it didn't seem to do much good- only use a spray when you can't use mat (inside doors, tight spaces).
