The manual for the LS/fx says that Polk carries (carried) a special mount for the 3/8" threaded tap on the bottom of the speaker. Does anyone know anything about this type of mount/bracket? I've looked online and I can only find lightweight brackets for 1/4" holes of this type.

    Hi Chris,
When I first got the LS/FX, I went to Home Depot and bought a standard Iron wall bracket for hanging plants. The hole was too small so I drilled it out a bit and fit the 3/8" bolt. This bracket worked for me better than most speaker brackets because it allowed the speaker to come away further from the wall and sounded better in dipole mode.

    Total cost was $10.
