Kef Reference 107

Anyone familiar with the Kef Reference 107 speakers? They were made in the mid 1980's. I have heard Kef speakers and really like the sound. I just found out a guy at work knows someone who is selling a pair. The little research I have done is positive. The were Kef's top model of their time. He does not know condition but I am going to check them out this weekend. Anything I should look out for in particular?

    Great speaker. I'm always on the prowl for another pair. Just make sure they work is about all you need to look for, condition is up to you.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
