does anyone near the ATL know if Piedmont Park still "does it's thing" today? ....i've been out of the loop ever since I moved
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

    LOL!!!!

actually, I think a degree of amnesty is given while inside the park... it's not until you go bumblin' and/or stumblin' to your vehicle (or some stranger's), that the po-po takes action

Same thing in Boston during the "Freedom Festival" (used to be the "Hemp Fest" when I was younger). It's not so much amnesty as it is an inability to arrest thousands at once. If you're unobvious about it you're lost in a sea of others.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
