I got my first AB cd in Dec (self titled album) and I love it. Then my boss' father in law let me borrow the newest album "Amore". It was just kick ****.

I went down to the cd store the other day looking for "Amore". Sold out, so I got "Romanza" and this cd is amazing. The singing style is a little different than the other Bocelli albums I've heard but it's so romantic. The recording is also amazing. Very dynamic and musical. I love it. His music comes straight from his heart and touch mine everytime I listen.

So if you're a fan, what's your favorite AB album?

So far mine is "Amore".

Cool. I'm gonna have to look for that one. Isn't Verde an opera?

Organ, the best one for me is Sueno..although Amore is definitely follows it closely.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Actually it's Giuseppe Verdi, an Italian composer.

    Petrym,
    Ah, thanks for the info.

    Polkatese,
I'll have to find that album. Hell, next time I hit the record store, I'm getting every Bocelli album they have.

Romanza and Sogno are beautiful (save the fact that Celine Dion makes a guest appearance). I don't know why but Verdi didn't really do it for me. La Donna E' Mobile is great, but the rest of it was a little off to me. Sacred Arias (Christmas CD) is beautiful. He has a version of Ave Maria that is breathtaking. "Andrea" was another good one as well, but I would have to say that Cieli Di Toscana is my favorite.

It was refreshing that even though my kids balked at first, they truly enjoy his music now. I catch them singing from time to time...btw...they don't speak italian so that can be quite humorous.

Congrats on finding out about Andrea..he is awesome!

just bought "Amore" It's my first CD, I think his voice is beautiful and romantic as well. Though, I'm not feeling the CD right now. I'll listen to it some more later and see if it comes through. I either love a cd right when I hear it, don't like it, or don't like it and listen to it and then start to love it after a round or two.

In a week or two I'll look into trying another one of his CD's.

He sucks eggs. His music is romatic but sung without feeling.
His style is stale, dry and uninvolving..He has a great voice but to me he does not convey the emotions within his lyrics. My 2 cents.

I purchased my first Bocelli CD last night. "Amore". I thought I would like it more. But I need to give it a fair shake because many CD's I don't like much after the 1st or 2nd listen. Ern Doggie
