I'm guessing it's a youngin' who just joined and is putting his fantasy system up before he actually gets it. If it's not a youngin', then WTH?

Before you go out and start pissing that much money on speakers, why not go with the 15's instead of the 25's. You've already shown an interset in wanted a dedicated sub so why add more of a headache than it's worth. Get the LSi15's, scrap the polk sub and take the money you are going to save by buying the 15's, roughly $1000, then take the money you were going to spend on the polk sub, roughly $1000 and buy yourself a real sub, SVS baby. Just my thought.

Don't wanna piss anyone off but the few newly released Polk subs I've heard really have not impressed me, maybe it was in the room acoustics or just not set up properly but I was not impressed with them at all. Sorry.
