    Hi Crazy,
I did not receive the PF60 yet so I cannot comment on its performance. I did a lot of research and found that the unit does quiet down noisy lines and does a lot for video. For projectors and plasmas, it is a must. It is a surge suppressor and line conditioner. It seperates analog and digital outputs and does not let gear contaminate other gear.

It has 2 high powered inputs made for amps and receivers. I will have to read the manual to see if it will handle the Krell.

The PF30 has phase 4 filtering, the pF60 has phase 6, whatever that means. Check out avsforum.com and do a search, there are a lot of PF60 users there.

Thanks a lot Venoclan. Looks like this is a good investment to protect the expensive audio gear.

I don't have any video equipment so I'm just looking for something to protect my 2-channel audio investment. Right now I have a $30 surge protector which I'm sure isn't adequate.

One of the main things to look for in a surge protector/power conditioner is if it passes unrestricted high current.

Well my pf60 arrived yesterday and appears to be of good quality.
I plan on replacing my Panamax 5510 with it to see if I can hear a difference.
I can't find anything that says it is unrestricted current so I am not sure how it will work with the amps.
I am also trying to score a local PSAuido upc200 this weekend mainly for the amps.

Whichever power conditioner (either the panamax or the pf60) I like best will stay in the HT rig with the psaudio and the other will go to bedroom duty.

Well my pf60 was delivered yesterday also and like Sky I am impressed with the quality. It will be interesting to see or hear if there is a difference. My thread about Naim has me concerned but if nothing else it will give me peace of mind while I am working and my wife is listening to her system, I can always plug mine in to the dedicated outlet if need be.

My PF60 came on Monday I I hooked it up that night. Build quality is very good. The power cord on this thing is very thick. I have not been able to do audio testing yet because one of my main speakers is still waiting for a driver replacement.

I noticed last night when I played GTA on PS2, that the colors were more brilliant. There was definetly an improvement video wise from the PS2. Not so much with the analog cable I use. I am sure that DVD video will probably improve also.

On the box and in tha catalog it was that the 2 amp ports are made for high current. I do not know if this is "unrestricted current". I will have to do further testing. So far thumbs up.
