Shouldn't you at least open it, to make sure it's not damaged before selling to another member?
I have the Energy s12.3, from the same manufacturer. The packaging was lousy, and it arrived damaged. Of course this was not a problem in my case, buying from a dealer... -

Don't worry, they will run the $299 special again...they have been doing it off and on for almost a year now. Last month the omni12 was $399.
