Do anyone use Squeezebox from Slimdevices

I am curious to know how good they sound? Sounds like a rather slick, inexpensive way to get music from your PC/Mac to your stereo.

I use Pandora quite a bit and I think it's an amazing way to hear new music.

My brother uses a couple of Squeezeboxes in his house. One is hooked thru an outboard digital to analog converter the other uses the internal converter. They work quite well and he's very happy with them. The only down side is you have to know a bit about computing to get the network and everything hooked up to work properly. Anyone who has some computer understanding can get the job done though.

I heard a stock squeezebox at a friend of mines home in northern VA during a meeting of the Mid Atlantic Audiocircles group of which i am a founding member and it sounded phenominal. Red Wine Audio and Boulder cable offer modded versions of the Squeezebox and its power supply and they are gaining popularity to the point that many audiophiles/audio enthusiasts are ditching thier very expensive CD players in favor of this new technology. thanks....WCW III

Heres an idea

I use my xbox 360 to stream my music into my HT it transfers all my playlists from itunes and has alot of screen visualizers you can stream radio, photos and in some cases video, plus you play games in HD and 5.1
