Help me pick out a new HU and AMP

I looking for recomendations on a new HU and 4 channel amp to power my 4 speakers. What are the good brands and models to consider and what should I stay away from? My budget for both is $450. Thanks!

    you can get an eclipse for about 125 at cc, and for an amp precision power, is a good choice. they have at sounddomain.com for about 230 dollars

    $450 together, sorry didn't mean to confuse. I'll pay the extra for the installation. I just want to know whats good and what to stay away from.
