Is it a Polk product? If so double check your model number. Polk makes similiar model numbers PSW10, PSW120, PSW150, PSW1000. Info on Polk subs can be found from the link near the top of the page for Home audio.

Also in the older product link from the left side bottom of the first link

If your unit is a model PSW100 it is likely a product made by audiosource.

Hmmm. Can't find any info on the unit, only a single unit on EBAY that has been up for aution 3 times with no buyers. Perhaps a member here has had that unit and can help.

Did you try searching the forums here?? http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19491&highlight=psw100

I'll add to my previously posted specs, also from the original manual: -3db limits: 31Hz-150Hz. So yes.. meaningful output at 22Hz is wishful thinking. I recently tested it using a PC-based audio generator and it (or my own hearing) seemed to peter out in the high 30s.
