CHRYSLER CORPORATE 9000 REAR AXLE ... AND THAT'S ABOUT 3 COATS OF 3M RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING TOPPED OFF WITH BED LINER... POWERWASHED THE WHOLE FRAME AND UNDERBODY AND WIRE BRUSHED IT BEFORE HAND.

TEMPORARY EXHAUST SYTEM - 1 3/4 INCH PRIMARIES COMING INTO A 2 1/2 INCH PIPE - WITH CAT, WITH MUFFLER - STOCK STYLE - USING IT TO FINISH UP THE MOTOR AND ALL THAT -- ONCE I'M DONE IT'S GETTING A FRESH CLEAN EXHAUST WITH DUALS

THIS IS THE FRONT END, FROM THE FRONT WHEEL PASSENGER SIDE...
STOCK DANA 44 FRONT AXLE IS GONE, REPLACED BY 3" OD 3/4" INNER WALL STEEL PIPE... PULLED 2 LEAFS OUT OF THE SPRING PACK TO DROP IT 1 1/2 INCHES IN FRONT... REMOVED THE SHIMS OUT BACK TO DROP IT 3/4 OF AN INCH IN BACK.. THE BLOCKS OUT BACK ARE STANDARD OEM EQUIPMENT... IT WAS A 4X4... SO NOW ITS ABOUT AN INCH LOWER THAN A (STILL 2 1/2 TO 3 INCHES HIGHER THAN A 2 WHEEL DRIVE) AND IT ISN'T "LEVELED" LIKE IT WAS STOCK... IT IS ABOUT AN INCH LOWER IN FRONT THAN IN BACK, SO IT LOOKS MORE LIKE THE 2 WHEEL DRIVE).

INTERIOR... WITH NEW CARPET INSTALLED.. THE SEAT COVERS ARE TEMPORARY TILL I'M DONE WORKIN ON IT -THEN I'M GONNA FIND THE TWILL BLUE OEM SEAT APOLSTRY MATERIAL.

THE DASH IS FACTORY... KEPT ALL FACTORY CONTROLS... THE SPEEDOMETER CLUSTER IS FROM A 1987 ... ALL GAUGES WORK... I JUST ADAPTED THEM TO THE NEW SENDERS AND NEW ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. I CONVERTED THE AMP METER TO A VOLTMETER (FROM A 1990 DODGE RAM SPEEDOMETER CLUSTER). THERE ARE ABOUT 5 NEW SWITCHES THOUGH TO CONTROL THE NEW ****... BUT THEY'RE INTEGRATED NICELY INTO THE DASH ...

1987 MOPAR ELECTRONIC SPARK CONTROL UNIT (LITTLE TINY BLACK UNIT WITH BALLAST RESISTOR ON FIRE WALL)... THE TWO RELAYS ON THE FENDER ARE MY STARTER AND START/RUN RELAYS (USED SPDT TYCO RELAYS THROUGHOUT THE TRUCK -- THERE ARE 30 OR 35 MORE IN THE GLOVE BOX CONTROLLING HTE REST OF THE TRUCK). YES I KNOW I HAVE TO PAINT TEH BRAKE BOOSTER, ITS NEW BUT IT RUSTED QUICK... AND THE WIPER MOTOR IS TEMPORARY - I REBUILT IT TO USE FOR NOW -- I HAVE A NEW ONE IN A BOX IN THE ATTIC...
