R40 - Any good?

Does anyone have any info on the R40's? Other than on the Polk website. I mean how do they sound. When were they made? What are they worth now? Am after a pair of speaker for the rear.

I have them. I like them just fine. I would say around $125-150 would be a fair deal for a pair in good shape.

Anything else in specific you are looking to know about them?
