Blackworm virus? WTF do I have to do to get rid of it?

I don't know how I got it. I try my best to keep my computer clean. I run virus scan once a week, along with AntiSpy. But yesterday I got this popup saying:
"There has been a security breach by the Blackworm Virus. We recommend you DOWNLOAD one of the security softwares to prevent further malware infections."
I started going through a couple of forums, and found a lot of peole have been getting this. If you click OK on the popup, the virus in downloaded automatically. I've never clicked OK but I keep getting the popup. I've ran Nortion twice and it found nothing. Downloaded Bitdefender, ran it. It found the problem but could not do anything about it. I also downloaded and installed Spybot Searcher. It too detected the threat but was unable to fix it. I don't know what else to do... I could simply do a complete restore but GOD, if I did that, I would have a TON of stuff to save and reinstall. Files, games, drivers, etc. That would take an entire day to do.

Download a program called HiJack This. Run it, and save the log file. I'll PM you my email; send me a copy of the log file, and let me look at it.
