FXi5 or FXi3?

Greetings,

I am debating which speakers to purchase, FXi5's or FXi3's. This will be for my HT that is setup in a bedroom. Currently I have RTi6's as fronts with the CSi5 center and a set of RTi38's for the surrounds. Due to space constraints, I want to get some of the true surround style speakers and mount them to the wall. My RTi6's are mounted to the front wall.
I thought I should stick with the same size woofers as the fronts and center speakers but the sales guy told me that the rears only play 20% of the sound and that the cheaper FXi3's would work fine. I play alot of XBOX on this system and want the "seamless" sound. Is it worth paying the difference in price to get the larger speakers? Any opinions would be appreciated!
Thanks!

    Grim,

I selected the FXi3 over teh FXi5 because I could not justify to myself paying more for little to no difference in sound.

I do not agree about the 20% statement, since sound is constantly coming from my surround speakers, but he does have a point that the main sound is rarely broadcasted through the surrounds. Surrounds are used most of the time for ambient sounds and thus my choice of the FXi3's seemed (to me) to be a logical choice.

For a bedroom the 3's should be fine. However, you may not find the 3's to be an upgrade; in fact, the 38's may sound even better than the 3's.

I just picked up a pair of 3's yesterday, and they sound great. Still trying to get my levels correct and everything crossed over correctly though...

Great! Hope you enjoy them. I have 4 of them and they really feel my listening area with sound.

Thank you for all the replies.
I found a store that had both models hooked up so I could actually hear them both. I ended up getting the 5's. The main reason was that the Bi-pole/Di-pole switch was accessible from the front without having to take the speaker off the wall to work the switch. These speakers really sound awsome. My RTi38's were good but now I hear things that I didn't know existed. When I played my Opeth concert DVD (called Lamentations) It seemed like I was in the front row watching the show. It sounds like I moved into a bigger room.
Thanks everyone, I really appreciated the opinions. :)
    Cheers,
    Grim
