Just ordered up 2 sets from the Polk store (thanks Micah and Shelia).

Anyway, what are your thoughts? Experiences with/without them?

Peace Out~:D

    They bake up real nice.

(They do. It's in the manual. You'll see.)

Micah, please O please do not put anything else in the box with them. If I open it up and see a sock, I'm calling the haz-mat team in.

I wish I could help but I have not installed mine yet. The only useful thing I can say is to use different models on the same piece of equipment if the weight is not distributed evenly. For example my amp required #4's on the back and #2's on the front. I weighed each of the 4 sides by sitting two feet on a bathroom scales while sitting the other two feet on a phone book. If I had used the #3's all around the front two would be stiff and the back two would be squished.

I might need some now, the VTF-2 rocks the entire basement. We will see if anything is disturbed after a couple of movies.

Or you could just take a semi-inflated 12" inner tube and put it under yer sub. Makes my sub more isolated than a russian gulag... Tightens up bass and keeps glasses from falling off my mini bar

I use them, Ron. Under my CD, DVD, and VCR. I have not tried doing an A/B comparison. I did use them under my old AudioSource SW-15, and they did make a difference there, though the change was probably more due to raising the sub off the floor. I did not install the glass shelving between them and the components, just put them under your units, and make sure none of the existing feet touch down.
