it's a bandpass enclosure, with a short port, and it's tiny (for a bandpass)... it probably hits crazy hard, but i can almost guarantee it'll sound like crap doing it...

just because you've never seen anything like it doesn't mean it's bad... just means it's unproven

No way! We'll give it to Cody, he'll try anything! Or is that he can blow any speaker? Either way....

if you guys give me $150 ill pitch in the rest and buy it :D
looks interesting to say the least. Cylindrical boxes are supposed to sound very good though...it does look like a much better alternative than a bazooka tube...

Bandpass boxes always look sketchy to me (unless they're built properly).

Either way, fwiw I've dealt with that company and they're alright.

    x2

I dont like bandpass boxes either. If theyre dead on built right they sound ok although not any better than a sealed and no louder than a ported. However its extremely hard to get them right and they are not forgiving at all if not built to the tee.

I remember having a dual bandpass setup a long time ago. The thing was pretty darn loud. Hit pretty hard too, just not very clean sounding :) .
