Polk Customer Service Rocks!!!

I had to send my C500.1 amp in for warranty. Blown ICs? Anyway, my point is that Polk received the amp in San Diego on Friday (From Colorado), fixed it on Monday and the fedex guy just dropped it off to me and its Tuesday. WOW. Thats incredible turnaround!!

    Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

    "Now that was easy" Really that is the way it should be but funny how everyone is shocked when they receive great service these days.

    Great service is great it's just sad it's so rare.
