Rtis and high pitch whine?

I got my Rti4s setup with my Csi3 center and R15 surrounds...using an Onkyo HTR503/530. During some tv shows (just watched Two and a Half Men in HD) the dialogue seems to be accompanied by an extremely high-pitched whine. It's kind of like if you have a hearing test done, and they play the different tones to see if you can hear it; it's extremely high-pitched. I haven't noticed it during all things on tv, but it's very annoying when it pops up. Any ideas? Thanks!

It's probably either your receiver or your TV tuner / cable box / satellite box.
