What sub

I own the old school Rockford Fosgate 201s amp. It says 600 watts but I know it 's not a full 600. I was wondering how much does it actually push and whats the biggest single 12" sub that it could push. I want a Punch, Power or JL. Which i Have a 12" w3 d4.

    Did it come with a "birth sheet" that tells you what it it puts out? I would think that a Fosgate amp will put out what it claims.

    Yeah It says 200x1 at 4 ohms but i dont get where the 600 comes in. I use to run two rockford p2 10's they handle 200 rms each at it pushed them to its full, and they were bridged, i just dont understand the whole thing. I need some input on this.
