Your RTI 10's as well as the 12's you want to upgrade to are 8 ohm speakers. So you will be driving the 8 ohm rms power level and do not need to worry about overpowering your speakers. Any ampliifer can damage or blow a speaker if you are listening at levels with audible distortion.
The amp should be a great fit power wise with your speakers.
The 16 gage monster will work, you may want to consider upgrading the gage to 14 or 12, or upgrading to a good cable to gain some more depth to your sound.

Thanks for the quick response, I thought the 10s or RTis were 4 ohm. I will upgrade to better speaker wire. When you say cables you mean speaker wire or component hook ups. Will the CSi5 and Fxi3 be ok, cant wait to get this to hear how it sounds. Well thanks for all the advice and help!!!!!!!!!

When I said cables, I was referring to high end speaker connects/cables, which the term speaker wire doesn't justify.
Your CSI 5 and FXI 3 are also 8 ohms. The center is rated at 200 WPC and should be fine with the 250 the parasound can put out. The FXI's are only rated at 150W however. If you are planning on driving the system at extreme volumes you could damage them. Generally you don't run those kind of volumes in surround, but I don't know how you listen to movies.
So crank away in 2 channel and enjoy, but watch the volume a little in surround.
You've got a nice amp and system there. Enjoy.
