I am thinking of letting this very nice amp go. I got it a couple of months back. Bought from an authorized Arc Audio dealer. The only reason for selling is that I went up to a bigger amp, an Arc 4150-XXK. The unit is rated at 50 watts RMS, it is actually putting out close to 70 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms, and a little over 120 watts RMS per channel at 2 ohms. Unit is in great shape, and works perfectly. Here are some pictures, the 4050-XXK is on the left side. I will throw in some Arc Audio key ring things, and a couple of those things that go around your neck that also have the Arc Audio logo on them. I will send this out for $315 dollars shipped within the continental U.S., nice price for a great amp.

Wow. That is a killer amp at an unbelievable price. It's a shame I'm not ready to buy an amp. :(

Good luck, though you shouldn't need it.
