Thank you Ken S and Polk. Polk's customer service is top notch. Great people, great company.

I got my new psw404 driver in thurs and now my sub is back in business. What a big difference, the sub sounds great.

    Polk Audio CS is 2nd to none. They always go out of their way. Even Matt Polk gets involved if necessary. This in one of the many reasons I will always have a Polk product in the mix. The company has been this way since day 1.

    Absolutely! While I won't get into the details, I was stunned at how well I was treated over the 800 #. I didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to, but I literally couldn't believe what he did.

    CS is a lost art today with most companies, but not with Polk.
