what are these FX speakers?
Just picked up this pair of FX speakers from a guy out of the local paper. Don't know where they came from or what they actually are. The stickers aren't on either speaker. He was the original purchaser, but didn't have the manuals or boxes. I also bought a CS350 center channel from him, which he had the manual for, but it just has a slightly sticky spot where the info sticker is supposed to be
Anyway, I just want to know what these are... they have a dipole/bipole switch, I know at least that much! They are dynamic balance, but don't have the blue of the "i" series. I was originally thinking FXi3 or 30, but these have two midranges and two tweeters, both facing straight back or straight forward... not in a side wedge shape. Here's the pics:
Do note they have the tri-lams!

Those are LS f/x's. There was also a RT f/x, but it had only one mid driver. The keyholes are in the rear of the cabinet. The drivers face the sides. They do a good job, I have a pair...

I'd say somewhere around $100 to $120. If they are in good shape.

Thanks for your help, guys. Doing some searching, I've seen some of these go for $150... not sure how I'm going to end up moving them, but I think I need to. They are in excellent condition, though white. I just really don't have a use for them right now. Keep an eye on the flea market if you're interested... they'll be posted there then moved to ebay in a few days if I decide I really don't want/need them.Ludicrous gibs!

they appear to be in really good condition.
Not pointing a finger at anyone at all. BUT, how does a person NOT know what speakers he has? ( I mean the original owner) of these speakers? Would you buy a car at NOT know what brand or model it was? LOL sorry just had to get this off my chest.. I have Monitor 7B's. not A's, Not C's. B's. I know the model of every pair of speakers i own. Ugh i get so worked up over this.

Over time, the stickers fall off on the Polk Speakers. They do so wiht mystery as some come off, and others dont. They fell off my RT3000ps, my former CS350-LS Centres, and they came off on both speakers of my former white LS/FX which just got shipped off today to its new owner.
My pair of black LS/FXs still have the speakers in tact. They are being sold off too due to upgrades. Any takers ?
