I've enjoyed my DB570s but think I'm ready to move up to the component world. Polks are definitely on my mind (momos), but I've also got my eye on several others. What I want is total range and clarity ... looking to stay under $300 for the components since I'll be upgrading an amp as well. Here are my other companies I'm looking at in order:

Focals
Image Dynamics
Diamond Audio
Dynaudio
Morel
Oz

Too broad I know, so looking for general recommendations for people who've had experience with any of these companies. I recently purchased an Image Dynamics ID8 8" sub for SQ, want to complement it with nice components.
Eclipse CD8445 HU
Image Dynamics CXS54 Chameleons component setup
Two 8" Image Dynamics ID8D2v.3 subs
MTX MXA6001 amp for subs
MTX MXA3002 2-channel amp for comps
Accumat and Peel-n-Seal
Stinger and Knukoncpetz wiring

You might want to try and post this in a car audio forum. You will get more views and answers.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Thanks H ... I haven't been on here for a while and realized after-the-fact that I should have done just as you suggested. I did post it later in car audio ... thanks again :)
