In wall speaker wire?

Anybody seen good deals on in-wall wire lately? They're almost done framing my new house & the builder says it's cool if I put in some wires as long as they're rated.

So- I'm looking for some decent CL-3... should probably be 14 or 12 guage since I'm gonna have long runs, but doesn't need to be very "audiophile"... this is gonna be what the wife listens to in the kitchen, not part of a serious rig. Thanks!
