A little bit Bossa, Recording is top notch.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Quoting one of the reviewer on the album:

Diane Civello’s smooth and sensual vocals on “I Want You,” complement the band’s samba-drenched groove and Miles’ counterbalancing synth effects. Otherwise, the album features teary-eyed pop/soul vamps and a peppery Latin-tinged jazz reckoning of “I Heard It Through The Grapevine.” Including elements of schmaltz and glitz, Miles’ tribute should enjoy widespread appeal.

I thought this song alone almost make owning the CD worthwhile. She has the "Sade" voice quality.

I just picked up The Marvin Gaye Collection on SACD (came in the mail from BMG yesterday). I bet the Jason Miles CD is good...but to quote Marvin...
