I'm looking for a pair (R&L) f/x500i's that someone is willing to part with.
I am putting together a 7.1 system and wanting to use these as my center surrounds to go with RT55i's as fronts and RT35i's as the rear surrounds, and CS400 as the center. Thanks for your help.

Oh and I am also looking for another PSW450 subwoofer if anyone has one of those. -
I see that a pair of F/x 500's were just sold for $250 on Ebay
I wonder what the difference is between those and the 500i's
a year earlier model?Pioneer Elite VSX-53, Polk RT800i fronts, Polk CS400i center, FX500i surround, Velodyne sub -
The difference between the 500 and the 500i is the tweeter, and the color of the driver, blue vs black.
I may have a pair for sale. I offered them to my best friend, and I'm waiting to hear back from him as to whether he'll take them.
If not, they will be for sale.
PM me if interested and I'll let you know by the end of he week.
btw, the 500i is the newer model

I imagine the F/X 500's would also blend nicely with the RT800i and CS400i
even though those are the "i" series..
I would be interested but I have to cool down the upgrade brigade for a little while, here....I've purchased used RT800's, an SVS sub, an Elite 72tx receiver, and a Brickwall surge protector....
Although the original poster may be interested..

If you can't find the fx500i-fx500 check out the fxi50. I'm using it, even though it's not the perfect match it blends in physically and acoustically.

There are 2 sets for sale on e-bay right now...one pair looks to be mint in original carton...You'll be hardpressed to find anyone here willing to part with them...
