SVS PB12isd vs PB12isd/V

im trying to save $100 by going with the PB12isd but sincethe 12isd/v cost another extra $100 is there a major diff between the two?

if not then i'll just get the PB12isd and save some $.

    Have you contacted SVS to see what their recommendation is for your room situation.

    They are very responsive and very helpful.

    Saw this ? on another forum earlier today. Ed Mullen answered...

    The V has the larger plus cabinet and amp, variable tuning and will go considerably lower. If you don't mind the footprint, I'd say yes it's worth the $100.
