ROFL! He does a carwheel and then runs over the table! I play badminton competitively, but as intense as it is, I can't imagine playing ping-pong like that.

That brings back some memories.. when I played table tennis in China at a local university, they taught me some of those same moves... stand back 20 feet and still return every single volley. Very impressive!

And people think that ping pong isn't a sport! I would get a better work out sprinting to the crazy ball, than most people get any day of the week!

Those who think that have never truly learned to play.

Myself and 3 friends play quite regularly, and when we come in from playing, just to look at us, you would swear we just sprinted 3 miles. That game can be a huge workout!

Cool clips by the way. I had seen the cartwheel before, but not the other ones.

I used to be on the badminton team when I was in high school (that's eons ago) and am consider joining a local club. I wonder if I can work that cartwheel into my badminton playing to impress the ladies :D

I would personally doubt your ability to integrate the cartwheel into your game and that it would impress the ladies if you can do so! :p It seems everytime I tell someone my sport is badminton (though I've been away for about 7 months now), no one really takes me seriously.

    Oh well, it's their loss.
