Ok, what commercials have you seen that are just dumb.....if you happen to have links, go for it......

Here are 2 that come to mind as of late:

1. Geico, with blind guitarist Esteban giving an endorsement........

2. Disney Orlando with the big black lady freaking out on the roller coaster pulling these 2 little kids and smashing them into her chest.....if that doesn't say family lovin the way Disney is all about I don't know what is.....it's just a weird visual.......lol

The worst of the commercials are the pharmaceutical ads.

My favorite is the pill for yellow toenails. They read off a list of side effects that are monstrous, liver failure being one of them.

My question is, how vain can someone be to risk liver failure so they don't have yellow toenails? It amazes me.

Not to derail or knock anyone but about the only commercial I won't mute is the AFLAC commercials and maybe the GEICO commercial with the Gecko. Most commercials are pathetically demeaning in the way they portray the typical consumer and many are downright dishonest and/or purposely misleading. I view them as annoying distractions, kind of like when a salesman calls you up or knocks on your door. Same with the radio, when the ads come on the volume goes down. But that's just crabby old me. ;)

Never heard that he was blind, only that he had injuries to his left arm and hand...are you sure about the blind part?

I think the glasses are just part of his 'style', while his talent goes without saying, the look is a bit corny.

They all suck except for the one where the two guys are in the warehouse office dancing to the music coming out of the boombox that the other guy is holding. "Hey, we don't know where our trucks are..............."

That commercial just cracks me up. Those two guys have some great dance moves.

truck commercials... they're all stupid, and I just *love* how they account for 5 out of 6 commercials here in Texas. Woohoo! You said the word "Texas" in your commercial or even went so far as to make a special "Texas" edition truck sticker.

Yes, I agree. Truck and car commercials suck the most. I've never seen such irresponsible advertising in my life. They all tout their horsepower and show them flying around with total disregard of the speed limit and traffic laws. People emulate that ****. That's all we need is 275 hp , 5 ton vehicles flying around with reckless abandon passing slower vehicles unsafely and wanting to race every BMW they encounter. That one where the Dodge hemi passes the guy with his engine racing at about 6000 rpm only to come up to a stop sign a second later. The other driver looks so impressed and says 'What do you have in that thing anyway?' I would've told him to stick the hemi up his **** and learn to drive.
And I know what some of you are thinking. "Geez drag, isn't there anything you don't **** about?" Well the answer is NO. I'm an equal oppotunity, disgruntled and crabby ranting old bitcher!

Anything having to do with erectile dysfunction!

How in the hell do those people keep finding those two bathtubs full of water in the middle of nowhere?

What man who can't get it up does NOT KNOW about Cialis or Viagra?

And I want to know what to do when I have an erection for longer than four hours when I haven't taken anything. Do I still need to see my doctor?

I hate all commercials. Theyre all the devil!

Nowadays it seems an hour long show is actually only 30 minutes show and 35 minutes commercials.

(And for all the typo ****, I know the math doesnt add up. Thats the whole point of sarcasm)

Vanity has nothing to do with it. Its about curing an infection. Now, I could be wrong, but infections are not things you want to go untreated, left to run wild.

And it causes liver damage, reversable liver damage, that the prescribing physician would monitor for with blood work labs, and then discontinue the medication and switch to another. And for what its worth, Lamisil is usually the last antifungal prescibed in a series of attempts. Furthermore, any liver problems are very rare.

All meds have side effects. Would you rather not know about them?
