I'm trying to find a good deal on some RTi4s to match up with my CSi3 (but having a hard time). How about the slightly older RTi38 bookshelves? Polk's website suggests matching them with a CSi30. How close is the CSi3 to the CSi30? Thanks for any info you have!

Those centers should be very close and it should work. If you decide to sell the RTi38, let me know - I've been looking for a pair...

I just bought a pair of RTi4s from Crutchfield for $260 w/free shipping. Is that more than you were looking to spend?

I've been trying to get some for right around $200 incl. shipping...we'll see how that goes. Just got my R15s today!

Should I bid on some Rti38s to match with my Csi3, or just try to find a good deal on some Rti4?

I would stick with the RTi4 as it uses a different tweeter design and timbre than the RTi38.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
