Hi Guys and Girls,have not posted in a while but sure do listen,and man,you guys can be brutal to some newbie"s out there.Be for you guys jump all over me,here is a few disclosures,i do not own a digital camera so picks are hard but will try to borrow one.Prefer some one in the chicago area as what i am selling is pretty hefty.I will offer to give anyone their money back if they feel....well,whatever they feel.Minus shipping of coarse.Now the jist of the matter is this...have been a polkie for over 20-years and it is time to try something new.So here is my list..SRT speakers with the center and control box,good condition some bumps and bruises,i make it sound worse than it is.Have owned for 5-years and never a problem.PRICE..2800.00 Recently saw a guy trying to sell just the stereo pair for 4000.00,laugh i did , as did some of you.Also a pair of RT3000P in rosewood,one top has some deep scratches on one side,i again make it sound worse than it is.PRICE...750.00Also have a pair of FX1000,black great condition...still on the fence about letting these go,you will be hard pressed to find a better surround.PRICE..500.00 paid 1000.00 new a few years ago.OK...OK I WILL TRY AND GET A CAMERA!!!!!
I can feel your anger allready.Cinepro 3k6 is gone allready,but i do have and old carver 705x,5-channel....well you guys know what it is.One problem with the carver,one channel has a fairly loud hum in it.I just use the other 4 channels.PRICE..225.OO AND THAT IS A BARGAIN.Again,prefer local sale,prefer some one to come and look in person,prefer someone to call me with questions.OK RUSS,GO AHEAD....LET ER RIP.....

Pics of the SRT??

Does it have the large surrounds or the small??

As i said,do not have a digital camera yet..workin on it bud.SRT price is for the left and right towers and the center and control box.center is great shape and control box has a few lights out in it but functions well,also have the manual for the srt"s.As for my #....people in here are good people,with the acception of a few of coarse.Besides,i WANT to talk to people,yeah they can p.m. me but hey,i trust polkies.

It's not so much the people here, as it is the people outside of here that you have to worry about with the public ph.#. I think if it were me I would just ask for a p.m. if anybody in here wanted the # to call you. Just my 2cw.

Here are some picks I promised.They turned out kind of crappy.Only had a few minutes with my neighbor"s camera.Do not have any boxes but i can have anything packed at the local store.ONE more thing,discovered that on one of the 3000p's,the tweeter has a dent in it.Doesn"t seemto harm the performance though.Have tons of subwoofer cables,a 4-way speaker switch and other misc stuff.

On both their is a nick about1-inch but you can barely see it with the grills on.Also some of the pegs on the grills are broke and one has a small dent at the top,not really a big issue as I think you can still get grills from polk.Even though the picks suck big time,I really want to focus on showing the rough spots.....want to make sure people know.Have moved 3-times since owning these and every time some idiot wants to help me and of coarse the same frickin corner kept getting hit.Oh well,drivers are the important part and they are peachy.[ did I just say "peachy" ? } I PICKED A FINE TIME TO STOP DOIN

True...should have been more specific...lived in Lees Summit...stayed in hotel on my wedding night by Crown Center.Back in the late 70"s you could do that drive pretty quick.....I should really shut up ...makeing myself feel old.
