Being I cannot install my new speakers behind me I will install them on the side of the listening area. Do I want them even with me or in front of me? Also I assume I would set them on Dipole. Is this correct?

even, 90 degrees directly at your sides. I got this recommendation from THX and i use the same ones, which are great sounding speakers!

Slightly behind if you can, to keep front info from mixing with the sides, and dipole is preferred.
