Hello,

I am set to switch from RT55s to a pair of Eosone RSF600s, but I am having a hard time parting with my Polks (still have many other pairs). Have any of you had any experience w/ the two aforementioned speaker models so that you could render any comments? Thanks in advance.

Regards- Greg

Yes, and they aren't in the same league, if you ask me. The 55 is solid.

Could not disagree more... Greg, let your ears be the judge, if you can't hear them up front you are missing out. I have the rsf 1000's and really enjoy listening to them. The 600's are the little bro to the 1000's and the first time I had an oppurtunity to hear them I thought they were polks, hence the reason I have the 1000's.

Are those the broke dick 1000's you brought to Polkfest, missing drivers, and plate amp?

You can keep your broke dick comments to yourself, if I had the money you do I would own a perfect pair, I can't help the situation I am in or the cards I have been dealt... Oh yeah, one plate amp was out for repair and there were NO missing drivers, You didn't even sit down and give them a chance to see how they sounded...did you? I also said to overlook the cosmetics as I had just picked them up recently and they were to be a restoration project. The only other missing pieces were the piano gloss tops and they needed grills....stop being so damn quick to judge others items just because it does not live up to your standards.....o.k., I am off the soap box for now.

Sorry greg, did not mean to hijack the thread.

Easy killer. They were broke dick, no? As in not functioning right? I don't have any money, only reason I do find a little from time to time is I flip the grunt, vs keeping it. (hint hint ;) )

I didn't know they even got hooked up. Then again I missed a lot of things. The wrestling match, Anna Banana putting her legs behind her head, and Mark falling asleep in a pile of Gunny poo.

It's not that it doesn't live up to my standards, I just don't like the way they sound. That ok homeslice? I'll try to sugar coat it next time.

    Cheers,
    Russ

Fair enough, sorry if I took it the wrong way. If they make it with again I would really like for you to give em a chance (hopfully not in broke dick condition this time)......yes, now that I think about it you were sort of out there when we brought them in, just a wee bit on the toasty side.

    Cheers back at ya,
    Mike
