"Rookie Driver"?

Why do I see cars with bumper stickers that say "Rookie Driver" when the car is being driven by a normal, non-driving schoolish person. Driven badly, I might add, but nonetheless, what does "Rookie Driver" mean? Am I missing something?

ROOKIE DRIVER == STAY AT LEAST 5 CAR LENGTHS BEHIND THEM

OR- SCREW WITH AND SCARE THE CRAP OUT OF

but a sidenote on the second option, be careful, rookie drivers make erradict and sometimes stupid mistakes. Be ready to serve.

    BTW< I AM KIDDING! :D

But really I hate new and stupid drivers. I yell at them and flip them off. That are the ways I deal with them.

I swear I don't understand how some of these people get their licenses. Plus, I believe that people over the age of 60 should have to take another driving exam because most cannot drive a car to save their lives. I then I see a 70 year old man driving none other than my favorite sports car, the AUDI S4! I almost flipped my **** and flipped out on him!

    <END RANT> :D

Well, wait a minute. There's stupid drivers, and then there are drivers who LOOK older and more experienced BUT who have these stickers on their cars. They're just bumper stickers, not driving school stickers. "ROOKIE DRIVER." I don't get it. Anyone?

Once I get my answer, I'm sure we can all rant about idiots on the road. Like the chick this morning, swerving in and out of traffic in her Range Rover, no blinker, yammering on the phone (it's 8am!), not paying attention, driving 30mph in the left lane... Grrrrr.

Of the infamous stupid drivers, cell phones and snot-rockets thread???

People who talk on the phone and drive should be physically removed from the vehicle and be shot in the ****.

actually cars should be outfitted like the bus in SPEED for highway driving..if your car drops below 65 it blows up..that should clear the way for the rest of us...especially when you are behind the moron merging onto the highway at 30 MPH
