does circuit city still honor one year speaker exchange program???

    No they do not. You have a thirty day return policy with Circuit City. I know because I have a new CS2 that I'm trying to sell because I had it over thirty days. The only store I know that has that warranty is Tweeters where I buy my speakers only now. They let you upgrade for up to a year.

    Well I talked to circuitcity at the 1800 number and she pulled up the policy and it states that they still honor it so we will see. She told me to click on help, then product repair then gettin product reparied and you will see the policy for speakers I will give it a try today. I will let you know what happens.

    Good luck, I wasn't sure if these stores had any independence on some of their policies or not. I know I was able to swap some out not that long ago and it wasn't a hassle.

    Just went to CC web site it is thier. They have a one year upgrade on a pair of speakers. You have to click on help at the top right, then go to getting something repaired and it listed. Now if I could figure out away to get this to apply to my center. Well hope you can upgrade good luck!

    I did this like two years ago to get my Polks... upgraded some old Pioneers or something I had bought 9 months before. I'm pretty sure as long as the thing you're upgrading TO costs more than what you're trading in, you're golden. Don't know if it applies to anything but MAINS, however. Read the fine print.
