I picked up Stephen King's latest (2 weeks ago released) and am finally sitting down to crack it open. 1 advanced review gave it an excellant writeup.

In a nutshell, it's about a pulse that gets sent out that affects all cellular phones worldwide. When a person answers, the pulse drives them into a rage and they start killing people. The story follows a guy with a group of people trying to get back home to his family before they use a cell phone he sent them as a gift. Along the way is nothing but people driven mad and killing.

I'll give it my review when I'm finished.

I got it for my wife as one of her VDay gifts and she read it and liked it. Said it was kinda short for a King novel, but good anyways. Got it in hardback at Wally World for less than $19.

I've noticed a lot of his more recent stuff has been too short. Disappointing.

Interesting choice for a Valentine's gift... book about insanity and murder... ;)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Not quite a movie just yet, but I'm sure it's in the works.

My wife loves King's books, so I got it for her while I could still find it in hardback on the cheap.

I'm writing a book about a internet surfer who sells audio gear on his home forum in order to collect home addresses of other members....then when he happens to travel to their location, he stands outside their window and touches himself.

It's part love story, part existential, soul searching type of book.

Cool, sounds like a romance novel. See if Fabio is available to pose for the cover.
