Good time waster here. The sound will help you out if you get too close to the sides. Good luck, I can't get past level 3.

Keep it Steady

My wife tried that last week while I was at work. When she hit the edge at the end, she screamed, which made my 14 month old scream, then he started crying.

Well, it took me four tries at level 3 resulting in the 'demon' before I realized that that's not just what it does when you hit the edge. The last time I was *certain* I hadn't touched the edge, and then it dawned on me it was a joke.

That's just not right. I was all hyped up to beat it!! :p

Thats the beauty of it. Youre in such deep concentration trying to navigate the maze that when the scream comes up it nearly gives you a heart attack!

Well, my 'computer speakers' are actually my 2-channel rig, and I hardly ever have it on. So, I just got the face, not the scream. I just gathered that was the game's 'way' of saying you hit the side. Until four tries later, that is...:p

Same here... even after seeing the face with no sound and then repeating it with the sound on it's creepy. No wonder that little kid got so freaked out.

    sopa'd the solution...

Okay so I just figured it out... as soon as you make the first left on the small part of level 3 it doesn't matter whether you're in the lines or not it triggers it. I know this because I found a way to cheat - Yes I'm very bored right now ;)

Mine is a lil different (which is why no one likes em)...

The track ball is in the center of the mouse and you control the ball with you pointer and middle finger - left click = thumb, right click = ring finger.

I like it, no one else does.

Thats all I am honestly familiar with (when it comes to track-ball mice).

Most of the trackballs I've seen (what I assume Sid is referring to as "normal") are the ones where you control the wheel with your thumb and the buttons are your fingers.

I don't really understand the whole point of trackballs, unless you're on a tiny desk or soemthing.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Yeah, I don't like trackballs much at all, though I can adapt to them easy enough. The vast majority of the ones I've seen are like bobman pointed out, with the ball under your thumb. I would abhor having to use one like Sid has.

Yeah, most have the thumb - which I hate, its a very limited track ball (to me)...

The dual finger track ball (center based) to me is more effective, especially for editing photos (to me) - as I can make sharper/smoother movements with my two fingers at a slower pace than say - my hand...
