Power conditioner?

Hi guys,
I have an APC battery backup that i currently have all my stuff connected to. I was wondering if it also acts as a power conditioner, or if I should add one.
Are there any decent ones for under $150?

It would depend on the model you have. Some of them do and some of them don't.
