So I was sitting at home enjoying my 4th day of unemployement, when who calls but my old job. They say they were looking for me. I told them that I was told that last friday was my last day. He said, "no no no, we wanted you for another 2 weeks at least" (I'm a consultant). Well it would have been nice to let me in on that piece of information. On Tuesday we had a late production move of some software [that they wanted me back for] but had hardware problems. Now they don't know when it's going in. So now I'm just sitting here posting, charging them by the hour. I think now I'm going to just keep coming in 3 days a week and charge them for 5 (it's a long commute, so I will work out of the house for 2 days
