I'm looking for a pair of bookshelf speakers that are around 100-150 watt RMS and 170-200 watts peak. I'm looking to speand aroung 150-200 dollars (sad buy im only 15)

You sure type like one too hehe! I am 16 and almost 17 in 2 months woot!
Anyways, I don't think in most cases Watt and Peak means jack.
Look into the Athena B1.2 line, I think those are like the most common I've seen for a pair of bookshelves on a budget. -
If your budget allowed, I would have recommended the Tannoy Sensys DC1.Gear: Rotel RC 1082, Rotel RSP 1068 pre/pro, Rotel RMB1077 amp, Cayin CDT 15a CD player, S301 bluray.
Speakers: Tannoy DC sensys speakers, Paradigm Servo15 Sub, Velo Spl-1500r
