RM20, RM30 & RM7300

Hi All,
Can someone please tell me the real world difference between the RM20, RM30 and RM7300??? The RM20 seems to be readily available, I can't find anyplace local to hear the RM30 and the RM7300 seems to be offered at closeout pricing. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated.
