Subwoofer wanted

It's been 3 days and the gentleman with the SVS hasn't emailed me back. I'm beginning to think he found someone else. So I'm looking for a sub. My best bet is to find something used and if I'm going to buy used, I'd rather buy from somebody on here. I don't need anything fancy. Something with at least a 10 inch woofer and preferably 200 watts of power. I'm looking to spend around $200 to $300. If anybody has anything, let me know. Thanks. ;)

I know that the guys at SVS are very busy. Ron from SVS emailed me and apologized for the delay. I listened to a 12" Mirage yesterday and found it not bad. For a couple extra $100, I could buy the SVS I am looking at. While I have never heard the SVS, the response from people here was extremely good. They have never steered me wrong, so I think I will be waiting it out and purchasing the recommended PB12-Plus, in Cheery of course. I want the sub bad for HT, but I am very patient and will wait for something that I will probably not have to upgrade for a LONG time. I do own an older REL which is great for music, but that too will be upgrade down the road. Good luck in your hunt.

Was asking 150plus shipping, but will let it go for 125 plus shipping to polk member. Don't know if this is what you're looking for, but a good 12" sub that is in very good shape. PM me or respond to hendi@mdonline.net if interested. Thanks.

By the way, it is an Infinity BU2 subwoofer with manual. I am the original owner. It works perfectly; cabinet has had a few nicks from moving that i have repaired and painted to match. Shipping would probably run about 50 dollars so I'd split that with you as well. So 125 for the sub and 25 for shipping - $150 total. I'll cover the difference in shipping.

Vann's has the 12" Mirage for $399 and free shipping:

I have the Energy s12.3, which is the same sub in a different style cabinet. Although I paid $530, I am still very happy with my purchase. More output than I will ever need, and musical.

The Mirage and Energy both retail for $800, at $400 it's a steal.

Hey thats the same Infinity Sub that I have. It packs a nice little punch. I think it's a step up above the PSW10. I had the PSW10 and it doesnt compare to this sub. I havent heard the SVS or any others but this Infinity sounds pretty good.
HT- CS1, Infinity 12 in. sub, Onkyo receiver, m20's, and m10's

Car- Polk MOMO 6500 components, alpine 2 channel amp, Pioneer HU, Infinity Kappa Perfect 10 in. sub, Diamond Audio amp
